Selahuddin Eyyubi Episode 24 Synopsis:

In Episode 24, Salahuddin nearly captures Bernard, but his sister Elisa arrives, causing Salahuddin to fall into their trap. Sarhad Ghazi arrives, leading to a fight, and Bernard escapes with his sister. Salahuddin takes Prince Mevdud to Malik Daulat, who is furious with the Zengis due to his son’s murder. Sultan Nur-ud-Din tries to reason with him, but he refuses. Salahuddin informs Malik Daulat that Bernard orchestrated the first attack disguised as Zengi soldiers to incite conflict between the two states. Salahuddin spares a soldier who confesses that Bernard did not kill Altamas, and Malik Daulat cancels his war plans, gives Salahuddin siege equipment, and offers a thousand gold coins for the head of their true enemy.

Sultan Nur-ud-Din consults Umar Mulla Afandi about punishing his brother Malik Mevdud, who initially decides to burn his eyes with hot iron but ultimately forgives him, turning him into a better person. Bernard realizes his cover is blown and forms an alliance with a leader of the Fatimid Caliphate of Egypt to strengthen his power in Gaza. Karatigan is already pursuing him for the bounty, and Bernard escapes before Karatigan arrives.

Malik Daulat goes to Gaza to capture Bernard, but Princess Victoria informs him that Bernard has been expelled but forms an alliance with Malik Daulat instead. In return, Malik Daulat agrees to free Muslim slaves in Gaza, but Princess Victoria demands that he prevent Sultan Nur-ud-Din Zangi from attacking Gaza and cancel the war plans. Sultan Nur-ud-Din, along with Umar Mulla Afandi and Abdul Qadir Jilani, attempts to unite the Abbasid Caliphate chiefs, but Bernard loses the battle due to his smaller force and escapes Gaza, narrowly saving his life.
