It is seen or heard that cases usually proceeded at least 2 to 3 decades and no one will still be confirmed as criminal and still criminal is considered as accused. So, I usually thought that What must be the most important responsibility of a judge according to Islam?
The most important responsibility of a judge is pass the fair judgement. The judgement which is given after complete procedure of trial. A judge can’t pass any judgement before hearing the both parties and summoning the witnesses so a judge first should calls the both parties and hear both sides in the light of witnesses and then he can decide the case otherwise he can’t give verdict on his theory . As our courts have many pendings case so each judge sould perform their duties on time and each case should be filed in competent jurisdiction.
